D Brown Building Contractors have just completed the £8.9m scheme to regenerate council Properties at Newfield Road in Sleaford.
Since the project started in 2016, 63 properties were fully refurbished and 18 new properties were built.
An official opening of the scheme is taking place on Friday 21st July 2019.
