Predominantly working on our social housing projects for local authority clients the duties will include working in both occupied and void properties carrying out domestic gas and plumbing works.
A full driving licence is essential as the role involves travel to our sites, the majority of which are within 45 minutes travel to our base in Holbeach. Relevant Domestic Gas Qualifications and similar experience are also required.

You will be responsible for managing one of our housing sites based within an hour of our office in South Lincolnshire. You must have experience of managing both social housing and open market projects as well as experience working with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
Having overall responsibility for the site, you will be required to manage health, safety and environmental aspects of the project, to plan work, co-ordinate and supervise designers, subcontractors to ensure work is progressing on schedule, to the required standard whilst controlling programme and costs.
A full driving licence is essential as the role involves travel to our sites. You must be competent using Microsoft Project, Excel and Word. Relevant qualifications will be an advantage such as CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid, Temporary Works and Scaffold Inspection although training will be given to the right candidates.

Duties
- Kitchen/bathroom rip outs
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Maintain an organised work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on the job site.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices.
