We’ve started works on our partnership project with Longhurst Group at Gosmoor Lane in Elm.
This is a fully affordable scheme of 63 dwellings of which 35 are affordable rent and 28 shared ownership, which has been supported by Homes England and Fenland District Council.
Demolition of an existing building is already underway, with project completion set for summer 2026 providing phased hand overs throughout this duration
