Fantastic progress is being made on our partnership project with Longhurst Group, delivering 135 affordable homes off Toot Lane in Boston.
We’ve worked with Longhurst Group through the design and planning stage, with Longhurst utilising funding from their Homes England Strategic Partnership.
The scheme is delivering a mixture of Longhurst own house designs, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms for rent, shared ownership and rent to buy.
The show home was recently handed over and the project is due for completion in December 2025.
