We are proud to have cemented our place as a key local housing provider by successfully qualifying to be a delivery partner on the Efficiency North: New Build North West and East Midlands Framework. Under the East Midlands region, we will support a wide variety of Local Authorities and Registered Providers to deliver much needed affordable housing on schemes in the bands of 8-35 units and 30-85 units.
