D Brown Building Contractors has been shortlisted for the East Midlands LABC Building Excellence Awards 2015 which take place in July.
Three of the Company’s flagship housing projects of 2014 have been shortlisted for a total of five awards in the prestigious annual competition.
The Northfield Road development in Ruskington, Sleaford, is in the best social or affordable new housing development category.
Millfield Gardens in Crowland, Peterborough, is up for best small new housing development and best social or affordable new housing development.
And the Stone Gate, Cowbit, development also features in the best social or affordable new housing development and best small new housing development.
Winning regional projects from England and Wales automatically qualify for the LABC Building Excellence Awards Grand Finals, which will be staged in London later in the year.
The LABC Building Excellence Awards celebrate all that’s good in the construction industry, looking not just at aesthetics but also at other vital elements, including technical innovation, sustainability and high performance.
